At GB Optimizers, we are committed to providing professional digital marketing solutions to business owners. Our
services are delivered based on agreed requirements, client instructions, and the selected service package. By
making a payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Dispute Policy.
- Refund Policy for One-Time Services
For one-time payment services, GB Optimizers provides a 30-day refund policy from the date of payment or service
initiation.
A refund request may be considered only if the client is dissatisfied with the service and provides a valid reason for
the dissatisfaction. The client must clearly explain the issue and allow GB Optimizers the opportunity to review,
communicate, and attempt to resolve the matter before any refund decision is made.
Refunds will not be automatically approved. Each request will be reviewed based on the service delivered,
communication history, agreed scope of work, and the validity of the client’s concern. - Refund Policy for Monthly or Long-Term Services
For monthly or ongoing digital marketing services, results may require a longer period of time depending on the
nature of the service, market competition, platform behavior, content performance, advertising budget, and client
cooperation.
Because these services involve continuous effort, strategy, optimization, and time-based work, refund requests for
monthly services will only be reviewed if the client provides a proper reason and clear evidence supporting the claim.
The client must first communicate the issue directly with GB Optimizers and allow reasonable time for review and
resolution. Without prior notification, proper communication, and supporting proof, no refund request or dispute will
be processed. - Dispute Policy
Before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or third-party claim, the client must notify GB Optimizers in writing
and provide full details of the issue.
The client must also provide valid proof that the allegations or concerns are accurate. GB Optimizers requires mutual
communication to investigate and resolve the matter professionally.
Any dispute raised without prior notice, proper explanation, or an opportunity for GB Optimizers to resolve the issue
may be considered a violation of this policy. By making payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this
condition. - Non-Engaging Followers, Traffic & Growth Services
Some services may include non-engaging followers, traffic, reach, visibility, or growth-based support. The client
acknowledges that these services are taken with full understanding of their nature and possible limitations.
GB Optimizers does not guarantee that one-time non-engaging followers, traffic, reach, or visibility results will remain
permanent. Platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other third-party platforms have full control
over their own systems, policies, algorithms, account activity, and platform changes.
If Meta or any other platform removes followers, reduces reach, limits visibility, changes algorithms, restricts
accounts, or makes any platform-level decision, GB Optimizers will not be held responsible. - Review-Related Services
For review-related services, the client acknowledges that any reviews provided to the business owner are generated
and processed through GB Optimizers’ own internal working process.
The client understands that these reviews are provided as part of the selected service package and are handled
through our own method, workflow, and service execution process. However, GB Optimizers does not guarantee that
any review will remain permanently visible, as platforms such as Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and other
third-party platforms have full authority over their own systems, verification processes, review policies, algorithms,
and content moderation decisions.
Please note that removing or adding reviews through our own internal process may not always result in the expected
or best outcome, as Google holds full control over its platform, review visibility, verification process, algorithms, and
policy enforcement. Google may change, remove, hide, filter, or restrict reviews at any time, and GB Optimizers will
not be held responsible for any platform-level decision made by Google.
If any review is removed, hidden, filtered, restricted, or affected due to platform-level decisions, policy updates,
verification checks, algorithm changes, or any action taken by the platform, GB Optimizers will not be held
responsible.
Any concern related to review services must be communicated directly with GB Optimizers with proper explanation
and supporting proof. Mutual communication and review of the concern are mandatory before initiating any refund
request, dispute, or complaint. - Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for any action taken from their own side, including but not limited to account changes,
password sharing, third-party access, policy violations, suspicious activity, manual removal, advertising restrictions,
or platform misuse.
If any action taken by the client results in the loss, restriction, suspension, or removal of a Meta account, social
media account, Google profile, or any other digital asset, GB Optimizers will not be held accountable. - Mandatory Communication & Proof
To process any complaint, refund request, or dispute, the client must provide:
● A clear explanation of the issue
● Supporting proof or evidence
● Previous communication records, where applicable
● Reasonable time for GB Optimizers to investigate and respond
Mutual communication is mandatory before any refund, adjustment, or dispute decision is made. - Final Acknowledgement
By making payment to GB Optimizers, the client confirms that they understand and agree to this Refund & Dispute
Policy. The client also acknowledges that refunds are not guaranteed automatically and will be reviewed based on
the service type, proof provided, communication history, and the agreed scope of work.
GB Optimizers reserves the right to approve, reject, or offer an alternative resolution for any refund request
based on the facts of the case
